Assistant Governor - Area 1

           Van has been Treasurer, Vice-President, President-Elect, and most recently the President of the Clarksville Rotary Club in 2006-2007. He is a Realtor, land developer with Century 21 in Clarksville. He is also a licensed residential and commercial contractor.

          He is originally from Marianna, Arkansas, but lived in Arlington, Texas for 7 years and Blytheville, Arkansas for 9 years before moving to the Lamar area in 1999. 

          He graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a BBA in Finance in 1988 and has worked for the FBI in Dallas and for Nucor-Yamato Steel in Blytheville.

          Van has been married to his lovely wife, Nancy Jo, for 15 years. They have two children, Sydney, age 14, and Conner Max, age 3. Van lives with his family on their private wildlife ranch on Piney Bay in east Johnson County.
